Job Summary
Provides administrative and clinical leadership of the Family Based program, supervising the delivery of program-related services to children, adolescents, and families; ensures clinical competence through orientation, training, and performance management; intervenes in crisis situations; oversees department productivity and budgeting; supports recruitment and retention; offers flexible schedules and licensure supervision; promotes professional development and work-life balance within CGRC.
Required Qualifications
- A master degree in a mental health field, which includes a clinical training and clinical practicum
- Minimum three (3) years experience working in a child and family mental health, education, child welfare, or juvenile justice system with at least two of these being in a supervisory or managerial position
- Broad clinical practice experience in family, child, behavior, individual, or couple therapy, or crisis intervention / stabilization
