Job Summary
Empower families with mental health conditions to implement sustainable changes through intensive home-based treatment directed by the Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy model. Support team member implementation of individualized treatment plans, including 30-day assessments, family and child therapy, and case management. Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and active crisis support via a rotating on-call schedule with additional compensation. Complete all required documentation and offer client transportation to appointments, with mileage reimbursement. This full-time role offers a pathway to licensure through a 3-year training program and includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Pre-Med, Theology, Anthropology, or Social Sciences with at least one year of experience working in CASSP (Child and Adolescent Service System Program)
- Possess 12 college-level semester hours in humanities or social services plus 1 year of experience with the CASSP system Program
