Job Summary
Join a two-person, co-therapist team delivering Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy to families and children; responsible for developing and directing treatment plans, participating in internal/external team meetings, building collaborative relationships within the social service community, demonstrating strong writing skills, and providing on-call coverage including evenings and weekends. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) plus relevant CASSP experience or RN license with CASSP experience; includes a $2,000 probation bonus, generous benefits, tuition discounts, and PSLF eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Pre-Med, Theology, or Anthropology plus 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program
- If you do not have a degree in one of the Majors listed, 12 college level semester hours in humanities or social services plus one year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by the Department’s Office of Mental Health (OMH) as a mental health family-based worker
- Licensed RN plus have one year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by the Department’s Office of Mental Health (OMH) as a mental health family-based worker
