Job Summary
The FBMH Professional will effectively work as a team lead with their partner and supervisor to provide Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) to children and families in the home, school, and community environments. They will demonstrate a master’s level clinical knowledge base to provide direction and guidance to the Worker as needed, participate in a three-year training program with a competency exam, and collaborate in internal and external team meetings while building relationships within the social service community. The role includes designing and directing treatment plans, receiving mentorship through weekly supervision, and contributing as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation Counseling or related discipline OR Bachelor's degree in related field WITH CERTIFICATION as a Mental Health Family Based Worker
- At least two years of experience working within CASSP system, or related experience with children and/or adolescents
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, current insurance coverage and consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- Mandated Reporter and Safety Care Training within 30 days of hire
- Provide clearances with a clean record, free from allegations related to abuse, neglect, exploitation or other criminal acts against children (Act 33, Act 34 or FBI Clearance)
- On-call rotation with willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as a team member
