Job Summary
Deliver strength-based family therapy, care coordination, and engagement for youth with serious emotional disturbance and their families in home and community settings as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves supporting families in navigating multiple systems of care, leveraging caregiving experiences to aid youth, and promoting improved family functioning. Full-time schedule in the North Shore and Merrimack Valley region with weekly presence in the Gloucester office; requires availability Monday–Friday with a Tuesday 12:00 PM–1:00 PM staff meeting and weekly supervision. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $32.50 per hour, with benefits including bilingual bonus, professional license reimbursements, health benefits, retirement, tuition assistance, PTO, and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of experience working with the target population; or a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience working with the target population.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
