Job Summary
Join our dedicated team as a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Family Partner, where you will leverage your caregiving experiences to support youth and families dealing with serious emotional disturbances. You will work closely with a FIT Clinician and engage in family therapy and care coordination, improving family functioning and promoting effective advocacy skills for parents and caregivers. Ideal candidates will have experience navigating systems of care, with a focus on enhancing the lives of youth. This role requires at least an associate's degree and relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of experience working with the target population, or a high school diploma/GED and 2 years of experience
- Personal experience as a parent or caregiver of a youth facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful background and driving checks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with youth and families with serious emotional disturbances
- Bilingual ability (other than English) is a plus
