Job Summary
Provide intensive family therapy, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team for youth with serious emotional disturbance and their families. Deliver trauma-informed, confidential clinical services in home and community settings; develop structured, strength-based interventions and safety planning; offer consultation to schools and medical providers to support youth navigating daily life. Eligible for a $2,000 bilingual bonus; license reimbursement; comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities; on-site schedule with a mandatory weekly staff meeting. Requires Master’s degree or higher in mental health, valid license or license eligibility (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT), ability to create treatment plans, flexibility for on-call, and daily vehicle access.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s degree or above in the mental health field, must be licensed or license eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Daily access to reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver’s License.
