Job Summary
Manage newborn routines including feeding, sleep hygiene, and soothing while planning screen-free educational activities and outdoor play for toddlers. Safely drive children to local activities and classes, then handle household logistics such as grocery procurement, vendor coordination for services, and inventory management of pantry and cleaning supplies. Maintain a clutter-free nursery, sanitize toys, manage laundry, and perform light kitchen upkeep including dishwashing and trash removal. Provide basic pet care and ensure the kitchen remains tidy throughout the day. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional, verifiable experience working as a nanny, family assistant, or house manager
- Willing and able to travel domestically with the family as needed
- Valid U.S. driver's license and Real ID or equivalent identification for domestic air travel
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Completely clean driving record
- Current, up-to-date certification in Infant & Child CPR/First Aid
- Highly organized
- Proactive self-starter
- Excellent communicator
- Exceptionally reliable
- Must respect family privacy and maintain confidentiality
- Must possess (or be able to obtain) a valid passport and meet all travel compliance requirements
