Family and Youth Services Coordinator (Adaptive)

Lead the day-to-day operations of adaptive recreation and DES/DDD programs such as Adult Day and Summer Programs, with a strong focus on participant success and safety with nights and weekends required. Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, contractual obligations and regulatory standards. Conduct operational audits and maintain high-quality program standards. Hire, train, motivate and supervise a large team of both full-time benefitted and part-time seasonal staff. Develop and coordinate engaging programs, classes, sports leagues and special events. Support and grow Team Peoria Special Olympics programming and participant engagement. Create marketing content and contribute to the quarterly program brochure. Build strong relationships with participants, families, caregivers, community partners and outside agencies. Help cultivate an inclusive, welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.
