Job Summary
Family and Community Support Coordinator role in Lima, OH: Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Family Service Workers; coordinate family partnership services and parent engagement activities; develop relationships with community organizations and service providers; monitor attendance, referrals, family goals, and service outcomes; lead parent involvement initiatives and support recruitment and enrollment efforts. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Family Development, Human Services or related field and minimum two years of related experience; strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills. Must pass drug screen and background check and have a valid Ohio driver’s license with vehicle insurance; in-person at the Central location in Lima, OH.
