Job Summary
The Family and Community Partnership Manager oversees compliance with childcare licensure rules and the Head Start Parent, Family, and Community Engagement Framework. This role includes supervising Family Advocates, monitoring program attendance, recruiting families, and updating service procedures. The manager is also responsible for facilitating training for family service staff and analyzing family outcome reports. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, and significant leadership experience in program planning and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a BS/BA Degree in Human Services, Social Work or a related field
- Three (3) years of employment in a leadership position with a demonstrated knowledge of program planning and implementation practices, including supervisory experience
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Early Childhood education and Family Systems, including theories and principles of human growth and development, broad working knowledge relative to the needs of low-income children
Desired Qualifications
- Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred.
