Job Summary
Work with families to assess strengths and support goal-setting and healthy self-reliance; guide families as children transition to kindergarten and beyond using Head Start/Early Head Start tools; recruit and enroll eligible families; establish and maintain Family Strengths Assessments and Family Partnership Agreements; provide ongoing support and advocate for families to access community resources, health screenings, and crisis interventions; collaborate with teachers and plan Parent Meetings and Family Fun Nights; perform real-time data entry to ensure program integrity; be prepared to lift up to 40 lbs; hold a valid driver’s license and flexible hours. Education/credentialing within 18 months of hire is available, with Associate’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of social services experience if no related degree. All positions require a background check, drug test, and physical.
