Job Summary
Assist families at initial home visits to join Gemma and support RSR Case Workers in navigating child-serving systems and accessing community services. Strengthen family engagement by encouraging parents to utilize their voice in service plans and building connections across the city, sharing resources regularly with the department. Complete documentation of services and outreach in a timely and accurate manner while participating in evidence-based training. This hybrid role in Southwest Philadelphia requires lived experience navigating child welfare and bilingual skills, offering full medical insurance and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be willing to utilize personal experience within the role
- Must be available for all initial home visits
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
