Job Summary
The Family Advocate is responsible for managing a caseload of 40-60 youth and families, conducting intakes, assisting with program enrollment, making referrals, and participating in program recruitment. This role requires a strong background in case management and an understanding of community resources.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice or other human services related field.
- 2+ years of progressive case management experience.
- Experience supporting both youth and families.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal community resources in the Indianapolis area.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
