Job Summary
Provide direct services to support well-being and success of families in the Early Learning program; build cooperative relationships with caregivers, staff, and community organizations; facilitate Family and Community Partnerships; assist with enrollment, attendance, and program governance; conduct home visits as needed; recruit and document center volunteers; connect families with public benefits and community resources; ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program requirements; support attendance goals and data management; participate in trainings and maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, etc.) upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Human Services related field.
