Family Advocate

Conduct family advocacy services by visiting clients in their homes to assess needs, provide emotional support, and connect families with community resources. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress while adhering to confidentiality protocols. Submit weekly reports to supervisors detailing service delivery and outcomes. This role supports the Gulf Coast JFCS mission by ensuring vulnerable families receive timely assistance and guidance.
