Job Summary
Coordinate care for patients with autism or other psychiatric conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team and family. Promote access to coordinated services within Seattle Children's and the community while empowering families through education and support and advocacy. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or related field, experience working with patients diagnosed with autism or other psychiatric conditions and their families, and preferred case management experience. Compensation ranges from $35.28 to $52.92 per hour for full-time employment. Required Qualifications
