Job Summary
Manage government data systems by ensuring accurate maltreatment data entry into FAPNet and providing administrative and computer support for Maltreatment Intervention and New Parent Support programs. Compile statistical data, prepare meeting minutes and agendas, and administer assessment instruments for research and evaluation initiatives. Deliver prevention services, briefings, and educational presentations to installation leadership, active duty members, families, and community agencies. Accompany case managers on home visits when directed and record client contact notes within 72 hours. Collaborate with the Family Advocacy Officer on data management and secondary prevention program measurements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Education or Teacher Certification Program, Social Behavior, Human Behavior, or Health Care
- Experience in developing an education curriculum with learning objectives and outcomes
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and various database and software programs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Knowledge of confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines in handling sensitive client information
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to compile and organize statistical data, meeting minutes, and written communications
- Effective collaboration skills

- Familiarity with data collection tools and assessment instruments used in family advocacy
- Awareness of military family dynamics and the unique challenges they face
- Understanding of the roles of other FAP team members (e.g., FAO, FATM, FAIS)
- Basic knowledge of psychosocial issues and maltreatment risk factors
- Awareness of community outreach strategies and social marketing principles
