Job Summary
Provides case management services, home visits, and networking with agencies in assigned areas; creates individualized action plans. Coordinates seasonal initiatives such as Christmas Distribution and components of the School Readiness Program; maintains required records and reports for the program. Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Kentucky driver’s license, and CAP Driving Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lb and other mobility tasks. This entry-level role supports families in need in Appalachia and aligns with CAP values of faith, service, and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent In General Studies
- Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
- CAP Driving Certification (or ability to obtain within first 90 days)
- Experience: 1 or more years of successful experience in a related field or a combination of education and experience
- Possess a CAP Driving Certification (or ability to obtain within first 90 days)
- In order to drive a personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain motor vehicle insurance coverage with specified limits
Desired Qualifications

- 18 Months Additional Training In related field Preferred
