Job Summary
Lead a team to provide unique vacation experiences for families by planning, organizing, and leading operational activities that create a glamping environment. Provide leadership to the Family Adventure Camp team, managing program operations, housekeeping, scheduling, and performance reviews while resolving concierge challenges within eight hours. Compile reports, build standard operating procedures, and maintain inventories to ensure a clean, safe, and inspected work area. Stand, walk, and hike up to eight hours daily while lifting up to 50 pounds, adhering to Summit policies and the Scout Oath. Contribute program improvements and deliver memorable guest moments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18+
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- 2+ yr. leading teams
- Ability to complete USA Archery Level 1 Instructor or BSA range master
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, registration software, POS software)
- Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (includes background screening)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 8 hours daily
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines
