Familie-Ervaringsdeskundige (FED) | Amsterdam & Haarlem

Conduct individual conversations with family members of clients to provide restorative support and guidance on managing mental health within the family network. Organize and facilitate thematic support groups and triadic meetings while actively engaging with care professionals to strengthen equal collaboration. Inform family members about available support options, refer them to appropriate guidance when necessary, and facilitate the restoration of contact between clients and their loved ones. Contribute to the development of family expertise within the organization by organizing informational sessions, maintaining contact with network partners, and participating in the internal Quality Commission. Work 24–28 hours per week across Amsterdam and Haarlem locations.
