Job Summary
Lead on-field coaching for youth soccer sessions with children ages 18 months to 8 years across local preschools, schools, and parks. Support marketing efforts, business operations, and community events while rotating between the field and the office. Commute to the Burtonsville office and travel to coaching sites located 30–45 minutes away. Work weekends and 30+ hours per week during August 17–December 4, 2026. Pass a background check and hold a valid driver's license. Gain hands-on experience in a hybrid role that blends coaching with franchise operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a personal vehicle that is insured
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to commute to the Burtonsville office
- Must be able to travel to coaching sites located approximately 30–45 minutes away
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to work on the weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
