Fall/Spring Constitutional Litigation Internships

Constitutional litigation internship at Americans United for Separation of Church and State for fall and spring terms. Interns assist with ongoing litigation by conducting legal and factual research, analyzing potential new litigation, and drafting demand letters, pleadings, briefs, or discovery. The program provides training and practical experience in public-interest legal practice, with opportunities in Washington, D.C. or remotely from anywhere in the United States. Eligible applicants are law students, and Americans United emphasizes diversity and equal opportunity.
