Job Summary
Support ticket sales, sponsorship prospecting, and revenue-driving initiatives during the 2027 offseason by assisting with outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals for season tickets, mini plans, and group packages. Prospect local schools, youth organizations, and businesses to build community nights, while managing CRM pipelines and tracking campaign performance. Execute sales-driven events, sponsor activations, and community appearances to generate leads, and conduct renewal outreach to strengthen relationships with returning season ticket holders. Work cross-functionally on all aspects of the organization's business operations to prepare for the upcoming season.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates MUST reside in or commute daily to Frederick, Maryland
- Must be located in the Frederick, MD area
- Actively pursuing a college degree or recent graduate
- Confident communicator who is comfortable making phone calls, sending outreach emails, and meeting people face-to-face
- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to hit goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Availability for offseason events, camps, community appearances, and occasional weekends
- Must be willing to travel and to work odd hours
- Willing to take risks and try new things
- Must be willing to work at a high level in order to successfully fulfill their duties
Desired Qualifications
- We strongly prefer candidates who are either from or currently living in the Frederick area
- Current college student or recent graduate with a passion for sports and a strong interest in sales, business development, or partnerships
