Job Summary
Conduct camp and event operations by assisting with setup, execution, and tear-down of Junior Flyers camps, clinics, and community appearances. Coordinate vendors, facilities, and community partners for scheduling, equipment, and logistics while managing merchandise inventory and order fulfillment. Support youth program logistics including registration, parent communication, and sign-in/sign-out procedures. Track camp registrations, event attendance, and post-event recaps to maintain organizational databases. Assist with season prep for 2027, including gameday logistics, staffing plans, and ticketing setup. Provide general administrative support to the General Manager and Operations Manager. Report directly to leadership and represent the organization at business functions. Work cross-functionally on a small team during the critical offseason stretch.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates MUST reside in or commute daily to Frederick, Maryland
- Must be located in the Frederick, MD area
- Actively pursuing a college degree or recent graduate
- Must be willing to work at a high level
- Must already reside in the Frederick area and be willing to commute daily or fully relocate to the area
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be willing to work odd hours
- Must be willing to take risks and try new things
- Current college student or recent graduate
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Willing to get your hands dirty with setup, tear-down, and event logistics
- Availability for offseason events, camps, community appearances, and occasional weekends
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
