Job Summary
Execute daily operations and tournament preparation at Grand Park's 26-diamond facility, maintaining efficient communication with partnered companies and onsite staff. Record scores accurately, update tournament schedules, and coordinate with umpire assignors while managing radio channels for teams. Assist the opening and closing manager with staff training and communication, ensuring accurate scorekeeping and schedule adjustments throughout the September to October season. Work 40+ hours weekly in a fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in baseball or other sports (scouting, coaching, game operations, playing preferred)
- Ability to work long hours
- Must have an excellent attitude and work well in a team setting
- Flexible and adaptable work schedule for changing organizational needs
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced work environment
- Experience with Microsoft Excel

- Must have an understanding of baseball rules
- Ability to act quickly in high pressure situations
