Job Summary
Assist in marketing and promoting Junior Flyers basketball clinics, camps, and youth events throughout the fall. Represent the Flying Cows at community events, distributing promotional materials and strengthening relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations. Develop engaging social media content, email campaigns, and website updates to keep fans informed about offseason activities and the upcoming 2027 season. Support sponsor-driven initiatives at events and camps, capture highlights through photos and videos, and help distribute flyers to increase awareness of upcoming events. Prioritize branding, community engagement, and public relations during the critical offseason stretch while attending all offseason events, camps, and community appearances as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in or commute daily to Frederick, Maryland
- Must be located in the Frederick, MD area
- Actively pursuing a college degree or recent graduate
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be willing to work odd hours
- Must be willing to take risks and try new things
- Current college student or recent graduate
- Must be available for offseason events, camps, community appearances, and occasional weekends
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others

- Strong communicator with an understanding of social media, graphic design tools, and basic email marketing
