Job Summary
Compile legal research to assist with cases, proofread and cite briefs, and prepare trial briefings, memorandums, and other legal documents. Participate in legal analysis and strategy, assist with deposition preparation and attend depositions, and support attorneys in the courtroom during trials and hearings. This part-time role at Bernheim Kelley, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL, offers exposure to Plaintiffs' Personal Injury, First Party Homeowners, and Product Liability litigation with a 2L law student. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply.
