Job Summary
Fall Kitchen Staff assists with food preparation, serving, washing dishes, and cleaning of the kitchen and dining hall under supervision. The role emphasizes adherence to sanitary standards per Hawaii DOH and YMCA guidelines, focuses on waste management and Aloha ʻĀina practices, and supports program participants across Camp Erdman. Responsibilities include preparing and serving meals, kitchen and dining area upkeep, and complying with the organization’s code of conduct and core values (Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of Hawaii Food Handler course preferred
- Must be age 18 or older as of the start date
- TB Test
