Job Summary

Coordinate aid deployment and responder matching for global disasters through trend analysis, desk research, and impact data review. Develop digital campaigns, support grant-writing, and analyze social media performance to mobilize corporate and philanthropic partners. Manage executive affairs, plan organizational events, and build systems that enhance internal communication efficiency. This paid role offers $20 per hour with academic credit eligibility and includes monthly team socials and free snacks. Located in the Washington, D.C. area with a hybrid schedule, you will partner with mission-driven leaders to build scalable logistics solutions that accelerate disaster response and reduce transport costs for humanitarian initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in progress
  • Interest and/or relevant coursework in international relations, communications, fundraising, and/or nonprofit management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for supporting the team and taking on new initiatives
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with long-term strategic thinking
  • Washington, D.C. area location
