Job Summary

Support daily operations of various City departments by providing technical assistance to directors and managers on complex administrative tasks. Compile and maintain extensive records, prepare reports, and analyze situations to adopt effective courses of action. Compose clear correspondence, interpret statistical analysis, and apply accounting and auditing principles to budgeting and reporting duties. Work independently to learn department policies while utilizing Microsoft Office applications for standard tasks. This 14-week on-site program runs from September through December, requiring a minimum of 15 hours weekly at $15.00 hourly. Interns must secure their own housing and transportation.
