Job Summary
Manage Ready Reports by organizing and communicating with key Accounts on inventory. Assist with financial analysis, projections, reporting, budgeting, and business support to improve company performance and manage expenses. Prepare budgets, revisions, and forecasts in Excel, SAP, and BIS. Analyze Store PLs, corporate expenses, and monthly WHS Sales and Margin reports. Perform FI/COPA reconciliation, settle Sales/COGS/Margin between systems, and execute monthly closing tasks. Review inventory on hand and in-transit, prepare valuation reports, and calculate profitability for new projects. Conduct ad hoc analysis and work on management projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work on location, 20-24 hours per week
- Intern for the full Fall term - September 14, 2026 - December 11, 2026
- You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university pursuing a bachelor's degree
- This position is not eligible for relocation
- Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SAP
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting in Progress
- Intern in their 4th year (minimum) in College
- Must be able to work independently/take initiative
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Must be able to prioritize workload
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
- Detail orientated; Self motivated; Fast learner
- Proficient in all Microsoft office programs (especially Excel)
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience a plus
