Fall Group Leader - After School PS219 (62806)

Create and lead engaging activities for up to 20 youth, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the program. Design and implement lesson plans for multidisciplinary activities using knowledge of positive youth development, incorporating student feedback and thematic-based lessons. Ensure academic assistance is provided during homework periods while serving as a positive role model and upholding professional behavior. Work constructively with co-counselors and supervisory staff, communicating regularly with parents regarding student progress and problem-solving. Maintain responsibility for designated program supplies and proper use of facilities, while completing all necessary documentation and administrative tasks. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
