Fall Events Intern - Spectacor

Fall 2026 internship in event management at Xfinity Mobile Arena. Learn full scope of event management for all events, coordinate set-up for concerts, sporting events, and family shows, assist with hospitality activations, and complete day-of needs and building reports. Gain experience in staffing and project management across Operations, AV/Telecommunication, Food & Beverage, Event Security, Building Services, Union Labor/Stagehands, Box Office, Parking, and Outside Client Services. Assist Hospitality Coordinator in activating hospitality areas to drive incremental revenue and in executing hospitality and experiential events for VIP clients. Engage with customers to ensure excellent service and provide management with suggestions for improving customer service. Qualifications include open to college juniors, seniors, and graduate students studying in a related major; able to work during normal business hours, nights, weekends, and holidays based on event calendar; proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); 3.0 GPA or higher; strong accountability, communication, professional etiquette, relationship building, resilience, and teamwork. Compensation includes base pay of $15.00/hour with additional plan details noted; internship is paid and housing/transportation are the intern’s responsibility.
