Required Qualifications

• •Candidates MUST reside in or commute daily to Frederick, Maryland
• •Must be located in the Frederick, MD area
• •Availability for offseason events, camps, community appearances, and Cowfest weekend
• •Comfortable working long days and weekends, especially around large events like Cowfest
• •Willing to travel and to work odd hours
• •Willing to take risks and try new things
• •Current college student or recent graduate
• •Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• •Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• •Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• •Creative problem solver who is calm under pressure
• •Willing to get your hands dirty with setup, tear-down, and event execution
• •Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
• •Must be able to effectively manage volunteers
• •Must be able to effectively coordinate vendors and facilities
• •Must be able to effectively manage sponsor activations
• •Must be able to effectively execute event planning and follow-up
• •Must be able to effectively capture highlights and compile post-event recaps
• •Must be able to effectively represent the organization at events and appearances
• •Must be able to provide excellent customer service to all existing and potential fans
• •Must be able to professionally represent the organization at business and community functions
