Job Summary
Maintain a safe, welcoming presence for guests by patrolling the corn maze and venue grounds throughout the event. Assist with general event security while working alongside the client's team to help families enjoy a safe and memorable fall experience. This seasonal role requires reliable, dependable individuals comfortable with a lot of walking outdoors in changing weather, including rain, chilly nights, and uneven terrain. Candidates must be 18+ and located in or near Boyertown, PA. Pay ranges from $18/hour unarmed to $24/hour armed (with current ACT 235 certification required). Schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from September through early November.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable with a LOT of walking
- Able to work outdoors in changing weather
- Comfortable with rain, chilly nights, mud and uneven terrain
- Not afraid of the dark — or getting lost in a corn maze!
- Strong customer service skills
- Located in or near Boyertown, PA
- Armed guards must have a current ACT 235 certification
