Fall 2026 Women's Acute Surgical RN Residency Program

Independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders, established guidelines, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act. Manage patient care for an assigned group while reflecting values of collaboration, communication, coordination, integration, and empowerment. Must be a licensed RN in Georgia in good standing with BLS certification, holding a BSN if available. Schedule includes 7p-7a shifts with weekend requirements; no on-call rotation. This program is part of Northside Hospital's award-winning, state-of-the-art residency initiative designed to expand quality and reach of care in Atlanta.
