Job Summary
Fall 2026 SFP Operations & Strategic Projects Initiative Intern supports the State Fiscal Policy (SFP) team’s regrant-driven initiatives and cross-team processes. Responsibilities include providing communications and logistics support, facilitating learning within the SPP network, planning events and trainings, researching and executing business process design, compiling learning resources, scheduling stakeholder meetings, assisting with database management, and compiling regrant/project data and success bullets to help project teams adapt and communicate value to funders. The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and alignment with CBPP’s mission to advance economic and racial equity through policy analysis and advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- Current undergraduate students or recent graduates
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Interest in economic and/or racial equity and public policy
- Commitment to CBPP’s mission and diversity in the workplace
- Visa/work authorization documentation for U.S. start date (as applicable)
