Job Summary
Update internal and external polling trackers and research House, Senate, and Governors candidates. Learn to create FEC reports and pull ad spending data, while assisting with historical research of past elections. Support an editor on a project with a deliverable and maintain website content by searching for broken links and learning HTML basics. Attend weekly staff meetings, sessions with the supervising editor, and training calls to support weekly tasks. This in-person opportunity is designed for students pursuing academic requirements in Government or Political Science.
Required Qualifications
- Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Government, Political Science or a related field of study
- Experienced with spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets, etc)
