Job Summary
Manage marketing trackers, calendars, and campaign timelines in Google Sheets and Monday.com while taking meeting notes and updating internal documentation. Research brands, creators, and cultural moments to support influencer campaigns, community events, and product mailers. Oversee shipping details for gifting, assist with PR activations and pop-ups, and pack sample inventory. Support influencer outreach, seeding coordination, and content tracking via ShopMy, maintaining logs of deliverables and performance metrics. Stay current on viral trends to organize UGC and help ideate short-form content.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college (junior/senior preferred) or a recent grad
- Highly organized and love staying ahead of deadlines
- Work fast, stay cool under pressure, and can switch gears with ease
- Strong communication skills and aren't afraid to ask questions or speak up
- Love skincare, beauty, and all things pop culture (a little K-pop love doesn't hurt!)
- Know your way around TikTok, IG, and Canva
