Job Summary
Answer client phone calls and emails regarding shipment requests, then reach out to carriers to set up deliveries. Track shipments on carrier websites and follow up on issues by calling specific locations. Update notes in jShip software with received updates and send daily or weekly reports detailing status such as In Transit or Delivered. Collaborate with teammates to find solutions for shipments not going according to plan. Work 15 hours per week from Orrville, Ohio offices during the fall semester.
