Job Summary
Support NCYL’s active litigation in fall 2026 as a remote volunteer law student clerk; conduct legal research and prepare memoranda; review and analyze documents from discovery and public records requests; contribute to case development by speaking with existing or potential plaintiffs, co-counsel, and community partners; research emerging legal issues affecting children and youth; participate in community partnership work; provide other support for ongoing impact litigation efforts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 law students

- mentored by supervising legal staff
