Job Summary
ACLU Fall 2026 Legal Intern in the Racial Justice Program (RJP) at the National office in New York City. Remote or hybrid arrangement; internship is for course credit only. You will conduct legal and factual research, review and code discovery productions, produce and edit memos and briefing drafts, participate in team meetings, and embed equity, inclusion, and belonging in program development and organizational processes. Applicants must be current law school students based in the United States for the duration of the internship. Responsibilities emphasize research, writing, and support for ongoing litigation, investigations, and advocacy efforts across health equity, education, housing, indigenous justice, reentry, and economic justice areas.
