Fall 2026: Lead Coach- Volleyball (NYC)

Lead pre-game and post-game huddles emphasizing sportsmanship and mindfulness while planning practice drills using provided resources and curriculum. Directly contact kids and families to ensure a safe, fun experience, keeping players engaged and identifying volunteer opportunities to prevent downtime. Guide volunteers with on-field support, explain program involvement, and lead field setup and cleanup each week. Submit weekly logs to provide an overview and feedback on programs. Attend all sessions during the 6-8 week season and complete mandatory staff training. This part-time role supports Volo Kids' mission to build communities of active, resilient, and confident kids by unlocking the power of play for every child.
