Fall 2026: Lead Coach- Soccer (NYC/Hoboken/Jersey City Areas)

Conduct direct contact with kids and families to ensure safe, fun experiences. Plan practice drills using provided resources and curriculum, then lead both players and volunteers through engaging program drills. Manage field setup and weekly clean-up while guiding volunteers on on-field support. Facilitate pre-game and post-game huddles emphasizing sportsmanship and mindfulness, keeping players engaged to prevent downtime. Submit weekly logs with program overviews and feedback. Attend all season sessions (6-8 weeks) and mandatory staff training. This role impacts the lives of active, resilient kids as part of Volo Kids' mission to unlock the power of play for every child.
