Job Summary
Serve as direct contact with kids and families to ensure a safe and fun experience while leading practice drills using provided resources. Understand and lead both players and other coaches through engaging program drills, keeping participants focused and identifying volunteer opportunities to prevent downtime. Lead pre-game and post-game huddles emphasizing sportsmanship and mindfulness, manage weekly field setup and cleanup, and guide volunteers with on-field support. Submit weekly logs to provide an overview and feedback on programs. Attend all sessions during the 6-8 week season and complete mandatory staff training. This role supports Volo Kids' mission to build communities of active, resilient, and confident kids through free sports programs.
Required Qualifications

- Experience coaching or working with youth ages
