Fall 2026: Lead Coach- Dance (NYC/Jersey City Areas)

Serve as direct contact with kids and families to ensure a safe and fun experience. Plan practice drills using provided resources and lead both players and volunteers through engaging program drills. Manage field setup and cleanup weekly, while guiding volunteers on on-field support and program involvement. Conduct pre-game and post-game huddles emphasizing sportsmanship and mindfulness. Keep players engaged and identify opportunities for volunteer fill-ins to prevent downtime. Submit weekly logs to provide program overviews and feedback. This part-time role requires attending all sessions during the 6-8 week season and completing mandatory staff training. Candidates must have experience coaching or working with youth and are eligible for coaching or related certifications.
