Lead practice drills for groups ranging from 10 to 50+ kids, ensuring a safe and fun experience through engaging, curriculum-based activities. Manage field setup and cleanup weekly, while leading pre-game and post-game huddles to emphasize sportsmanship and mindfulness. Serve as the primary contact for families, provide guidance to volunteers, and report any issues regarding players, parents, or venues to the site lead. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within the youth sports industry.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for Volo, or will you need sponsorship
- Do you have a reliable method of transportation
