Job Summary

Manage Chinese social media operations for THE·TEAM's Great China Region by sourcing and editing athlete and corporate posts, creating weekly Weibo plans, and producing monthly summary reports. Execute player bio creation for Chinese pro leagues by downloading content from English sites, uploading to Chinese platforms, and translating bios from English to Mandarin. Support athlete and team clients through hospitality and event coordination, including offline event execution and content shooting in the USA. This unpaid Fall 2026 internship requires 3rd or 4th year business students with native Mandarin and English fluency to be eligible for college credit.

Required Qualifications

  • 3rd or 4th year undergrad business students
  • bilingual
  • passionate about sports
  • eligible to receive college credit as compensation for this internship
  • submit proof of eligibility to receive academic credit
  • Mandarin (native)
  • English (native or fluent)
  • exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing in both Mandarin and English
  • Sleeves rolled up attitude, with ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Superior interpersonal skills and be able to create a rapport with people of all demographics
  • Trustworthy, reliable, confident and mature in dealings with clients, people and issues
  • High level of initiative and works well independently and in a team environment
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
