Job Summary
Fall 2026 Internship for a Junior Officer, Human Resources. The role is a temporary full-time, hybrid internship starting September 2026 and running through December 2026, with two office locations in Ottawa, ON and Montreal, QC. You will provide operational support in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives across teams such as Total Rewards and HR Shared Services, respond to client inquiries with resources and technical advice, maintain and update program evaluation formats, and gather/compile information for research, analysis, and reporting to support HR initiatives. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree in HR-related fields, with experience in operational support or HR programs, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a University degree in a related discipline such as human resources management, business administration, psychology or social studies
- Previous experience in operational support and the application of Human Resources (HR) programs and policies
- Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Good judgment, organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
